Split-Unit Conversion, Tel Aviv
A generous apartment split into two self-contained suites — each with its own entrance, kitchenette and character. The challenge was making the division feel intentional, not improvised.
Acoustic insulation went in first; identity came next. One suite leans sage and stone, the other terracotta and brass — sisters, not twins. Shared DNA in the details (same oak floors, same linen curtains) keeps the pair coherent.
